Accommodation Information

44 spacious studio apartments offer affordable comfort, with self-catering facilities and spectacular views over the city, harbour and Table Mountain (see photos below).

The apartments consist of:

  • either a double bed or two single beds;
  • a spacious lounge area with a television and MNET;
  • a dining area and fully equipped kitchenette.
  • A separate bathroom consists of a bath with an overhead shower.
  • On request, a rollaway bed can be arranged that can accommodate an additional guests (one adult or two children).

Additional facilities to ensure your comfort include:

Rates

The accommodation rates below are per apartment, per night, for one or two adults, including VAT. Peak rates may be applicable on selected dates during these periods. Download the Gardens Centre Holiday Apartments rate card.

The following additional fees are charged for more than two people sharing an apartment:

Terms and Conditions

Reservations that are made on the day of arrival that are not guaranteed will be released at 14h00.

We will endeavour to call you between 24 and 48 hours prior to arrival to confirm this reservation and the expected time of arrival.

Non-arrival of a guest on the stipulated arrival date without notification by telephone, in writing by fax or email to the Hotel/Property constitutes a no-show. In the case of a no-show, a no-show fee of one night plus 1% Tourism Levy and/or any other applicable government taxes or levies will be levied against you. If your reservation was guaranteed by a charge to your credit card at the time of the reservation, this will be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 0 to 14 days prior forfeit 100% of the deposit.
  • Cancellations 14 to 28 days prior forfeit 50% of the deposit or 15% of the booking quote value, whichever the greater.
  • Cancellations more than 28 days prior forfeit 25% of the deposit or 15% of the booking total, whichever the greater.

If your reservation was guaranteed by a charge to your credit card at the time of the reservation, this will be forfeited.
